One-on-One Consultation and Training sessions

Suzanne tailors your program to fit your individual needs, whether you are a newbie, a longtime student, or a teacher of yoga. Offered via Zoom and in Person. These sessions include written sequences and drills designed specifically for you. Enjoy the room to ‘ask every question’, find unexpected solutions to your particular needs, and enjoy practicing yoga in the calm environment of a private or semi private class, via zoom, indoors, or outdoors.

    Designed to help you identify and massively improve development areas for your particular body. Session packages include assessment (trouble-shooting) based on your experience, figuring out the long term solution, designing a yoga and movement sequence for you, guiding you on your journey of re-patterning and growth.

    $150 - single session
    $130 (per) - 10 session pack

    Class packs are valid for 4 months. Payment options available upon request.

  • Group Session - $200

    Hire Suzanne to come teach your group at your desired location, and split the cost! Customized for community building, stress reduction, or just plain fun.
